Tim Kampanye Nasional menilai film dokumenter bertajuk Dirty Vote itu banyak berisi fitnah, bernada asumtif dan tidak mencerminkan kajian yang ilmiah. ”Di negara demokrasi, semua orang memang bebas menyampaikan pendapat. Namun, perlu kami sampaikan bahwa sebagian besar yang disampaikan film tersebut adalah sesuatu yang bernada fitnah,” ujar Habiburokhman dalam konferensi persnya di Media Center TKN Prabowo-Gibran, Jakarta pada Minggu (11/2/2024).

Argumentasi yang disampaikan para pakar, kata Habiburokhman, juga berkesan tendensius untuk menyudutkan pihak-pihak tertentu. Sebab, tidak ada klarifikasi atau melibatkan pihak yang berkaitan dengan filmnya, misalnya pemerintahan dan peserta pemilu.

Hal yang sama, kata dia, juga berlaku pada pernyataan Bivitri Susanti soal kecurangan luar biasa dalam Pemilu 2024. Habiburokhman menganggap hal itu tidak berdasar karena tidak disebutkan secara spesifik tindakan curang dan proses hukum yang sudah berlangsung.

Mereka bakal memberikan waktu untuk masyarakat menilai maksud di balik film tersebut. Sebab, baik dilaporkan maupun tidak, konsekuensi tetap akan dirasakan oleh pihak yang terlibat dalam film.
