JScom, BEKASI –  Kelompok masyarakat pemerhati demokrasi, Transparansi Pemilu, menilai Bawaslu Kota Bekasi tidak serius memproses laporan dugaan money politik yang dilakukan oleh calon anggota legislatif (caleg) DPR RI dari Partai Golkar yang melakukan “serangan fajar” pada masa tenang jelang pencoblosan Pemilu 2024, di wilayah Pondok Gede, Kota Bekasi, Senin (12/2/2024).

Ketua Transparansi Pemilu Muhammad Akbar menyesalkan Bawaslu yang belum menetapkan status laporan dugaan money politik tersebut. “kami akan terus mengawal proses hukum di Bawaslu Bekasi terkait laporan,” tegas Akbar.

Diketahui, dugaan praktik politik uang ini dilaporkan oleh warga bernama Willy Shadli, anggota organisasi Revolusi Pemuda Bekasi (RPB), ke Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu) Kota Bekasi. “Saya melaporkan kejadian money politic di masa tenang yang diduga dilakukan salah satu caleg DPR RI dari Partai Golkar,” ucap Willy Shadli saat dikonfirmasi wartawan medio pebruari lalu.

“Berupa uang pecahan Rp 100.000 dalam amplop serta bertuliskan foto dan nama caleg tersebut. Saya akan memperkuat saksi dan juga bukti-bukti untuk menindaklanjuti laporan tersebut, ada videonya,” ungkap Willy.

Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum (Bawaslu) Kota Bekasi belum memutuskan hasil dari laporan politik uang anggota calon legislatif (caleg) DPR RI partai Golkar di Pondok Gede. Ketua Bawaslu Kota Bekasi Vidya Nurrul Fathia menuturkan, hasil putusan harus melalui proses kerja sama dengan pihak kepolisian dan kejaksaan.

“Sedang dalam proses, ini sedang kami bahas tentunya politik uang itu prosesnya bersama Sentra Gakkumdu yang berisikan kepolisian dan juga kejaksaan,” ujar Vidya saat dikonfirmasi, Sabtu (2/3/2024). 

Karena itu, putusan laporan tersebut perlu melalui proses yang panjang. Bukan hanya penyelidikan dari Bawaslu. “Jadi memang utusan tersebut tidak bisa dari Bawaslu saja, tapi tiga unsur tersebut,” imbuhnya.

Vidya mengatakan, tiga unsur tersebut akan mengkaji bersama melalui mekanisme rapat pleno. Saat ini, proses menelusuri dugaan politik uang tersebut telah memasuki tahap kajian untuk segera diputuskan. Penyelesaiannya, lanjut Vidya, memakan waktu kurang lebih dua minggu sejak masuknya laporan dugaan money politics itu.

 “Maksimal (penyelesaian) ada mekanismenya, tujuh hari dan dilanjutkan tujuh hari kemudian, jadi 14 hari total keseluruhannya,” ucap dia.

Jika terbukti melakukan politik uang, maka terlapor akan terjerat Pasal 523 UU 7 Tahun 2017 tentang peserta atau tim kampanye pemilu yang dengan sengaja pada Masa Tenang menjanjikan atau memberikan imbalan uang atau materi lainnya kepada pemilih secara langsung ataupun tidak langsung dipidana dengan pidana penjara paling lama empat tahun. Sementara itu, Ketua DPD Partai Golkar Kota Bekasi Ade Puspitasari tengah menelusuri dugaan caleg partainya melakukan politik uang. “Kami sedang melakukan langkah-langkah soal masalah itu. Masih dalam tahap penelusuran. Belum bisa memberikan informasi lebih lengkap,” kata Ade saat dikonfirmasi.(BT-Kmp)
