BALI, jurnalswara.com – Pihak.KPU akhirnya buka suara terkait tuntutan mundur terhadap Ketua KPU Ke Hasyim Ashari. Ketua Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Provinsi Bali I Dewa Agung Gede Lidartawan menanggapi tuntutan aliansi badan eksekutif mahasiswa (BEM) dan Pemuda Bali yang meminta Ketua KPU RI Hasyim Asy’ari mundur dari jabatannya.

Agung Lidartawan menyebut, terrkait tuntutan massa yang meminta Hasyim mundur, Agung Lidartawan meminta mereka menempuh jalur hukum.

“Adek-adek sekalian kita ini negara hukum, Indonesia negara hukum, semua harus taat hukum.

“Kalau dia melanggar hukum ya pasti akan dihukum, jadi silahkan ade-ade berjuang,” kata Lidartawan, saat menemui massa yang bertahan di depan Kantor KPU Provinsi Bali, Denpasar, Jumat (9/2/2024).

Mantan Ketua KPU Buleleng itu juga enggan berkomentar lebih jauh soal permasalahan yang menimpa atasannya tersebut.

“Kalau saya tidak berkomentar terkait masalah itu, koridornya ada di hukum,” ujar Lidartawan lagi.

Sebelumnya, puluhan orang yang tergabung dalam Aliansi Mahasiswa dan Pemuda Bali menggelar aksi unjuk rasa pada Jumat (9/2/2024).

Mereka melakukan aksi tersebut di tiga titik, Kantor KPU Bali, Kantor DPRD Provinsi Bali, dan Kantor Gubernur Bali.

Dalam orasinya, mereka menyuarakan tujuh tuntutan dimana salah satunya meminta Ketua KPY RI Hasyim Asy’ari mundur dari jabatannya karena dianggap melanggar etik sebanyak tiga kali.

“Kami minta ketua KPU RI yang sudah melakukan pelanggaran etik agar mundur dari jabatannya. Sudah tiga kali ketua KPU RI melanggar kode etik,” kata Ketua BEM Udayana I Wayan Tresna Suwardian.(SE-BL)
