Benarkah Perpres 87 Tahun 2016 tentang Satuan Tugas Sapu Bersih Pungutan Liar Sudah Dicabut?
JScom, JAKARTA – Sebanyak 90 pegawai Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) yang terbukti menerima pungutan liar di Rutan KPK hingga saat ini masih bekerja. Namun, mereka dimutasi ke sejumlah posisi. “Jadi kan ini setelah ada kejadian ini kan semuanya dimutasi,” ujar Juru Bicara KPK, Ali Fikri, Kamis (29/2/2024).
Ali menjelaskan, para pegawai tersebut di mutasi ke berbagai posisi selain di Rutan KPK. Contohnya, menjaga gedung KPK yang lain. “Karena KPK kan punya juga gedung lain yang dilakukan penjagaan-penjagaan yang tidak langsung bersentuhan dengan para tahanan,” ujarnya.
“Itu sudah semuanya dimutasi untuk sementara, sambil menunggu proses-proses pemeriksaan yang sedang berlangsung sampai hari ini,” imbuhnya.
Sebanyak 78 dari 90 pegawai KPK telah menjalani sanksi meminta maaf pada Senin, 26 Februari 2024. Permintaan maaf dilakukan bersama di Gedung Juang KPK dan disaksikan pejabat struktural.
“Dengan ini, saya menyampaikan permintaan maaf kepada Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi dan/atau insan KPK atas pelanggaran Kode Etik dan Pedoman Perilaku yang telah saya lakukan. Berupa, menyalahgunakan jabatan dan/atau kewenangan yang dimiliki termasuk menyalahgunakan pengaruh sebagai insan komisi, baik dalam pelaksanaan tugas, maupun kepentingan pribadi dan/atau golongan,” kata salah satu perwakilan pegawai terperiksa, dalam keterangan tertulis, Senin (26/2/2024).
Sebanyak 12 pegawai lainnya diserahkan ke Sekjen KPK, sedangkan tiga pegawai lainnya baru akan disidang Maret 2024. Tiga pegawai itu antara lain Kepala Rutan KPK Achmad Fauzi, eks Pelaksana Tugas Kepala Rutan, dan pegawai negeri yang dipekerjakan (PNYD) dari Polri. “Rencananya mulai 13 Maret,” ujar Anggota Dewas KPK Albertina Ho dikutip pada Kamis (29/2/2024). Diketahui, Terkait pungli ini, pemerintah sejak 2016 bergerak cepat dalam memberantas pungutan liar (pungli). Bahkan saat itu Presiden Joko Widodo telah menandatangani Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) yang bertindak sebagai payung hukum pembentukan Tim Sapu Bersih Pungutan Liar (Saber Pungli).
Saat menandatangani Perpres bernomor 87 Tahun 2016 tentang Satuan Tugas Sapu Bersih Pungutan Liar tersebut, Presiden Joko Widodo telah mengingatkan jajarannya agar gerakan sapu bersih pungli tidak hanya dilakukan di luar institusi penegakan hukum, tapi juga menyasar kepada lembaga penegakan hukum itu sendiri. Hal tersebut disampaikan oleh Sekretaris Kabinet Pramono Anung dalam keterangannya di Kantor Presiden, Jumat (21/10/2016).(BT-SE)
