JAKARTA, jurnalswara.com – Dewan Kehormatan Penyelenggara Pemilu (DKPP) Putuskan Ketua KPU Hasyim Asy’ari Langgar Kode Etik soal Pendaftaran Gibran.
Ketua Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Hasyim Asy’ari terbukti telah melanggar kode etik pedoman penyelenggara Pemilu.
DKPP memberikan sanksi peringatan keras terakhir kepada yang bersangkutan.
“Menjatuhkan sanksi peringatan keras terakhir kepada Hasyim Asy’ari selaku teradu satu dalam perkara nomor 135-PKE/DPP/XII/2023 perkara nomor 136-PKE-DKPP/XII/2023, perkara nomor 137-PKE-DKPP/XII/2023, dan perkara nomor 141-PKE-DKPP/XII/2023 selaku ketua merangkap anggota KPU sejak putusan ini dibacakan,” kata Ketua DKPP Heddy Lugito dalam sidang pembacaan putusan, Senin (5/2/2024).
Hal itu merupakan hasil sidang putusan terhadap perkara 135-PKE/DPP/XII/2023, 136-PKE/DKPP/XII/2023, 137-PKE/DKPP/XII/2023, dan 141-PKE/DKPP/XII/2023.
“Teradu satu (Hasyim Asy’ari) dalam perkara nomor 135-PKE/DPP/XII/2023 perkara nomor 136-PKE-DKPP/XII/2023, perkara nomor 137-PKE-DKPP/XII/2023, dan perkara nomor 141-PKE-DKPP/XII/2023 terbukti melakukan pelanggaran kode etik dan pedoman penyelenggara Pemilu,” kata Heddy.
Untuk diketahui, empat perkara tersebut ditujukan terhadap Ketua dan enam Anggota KPU yakni Hasyim Asyi’ari, Betty Epsilon Idroos, Mochammad Affifudin, Persadaan Harahap, Yulianto Sudrajat, Idham Holik, dan August Mellaz.
Mereka diadukan perihal penerimaan pendaftaran Gibran Rakabuming Raka sebagai bakal calon wakil presiden (cawapres) pada 25 Oktober 2023 yang dinilai pengadu tidak sesuai dengan Peraturan KPU Nomor 19 Tahun 2023 tentang Pencalonan Peserta Pemilu Presiden dan Wakil Presiden karena KPU belum merevisi atau mengubah peraturan terkait pasca adanya Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 90/PUU-XXI/202.
