JAKARTA, jurnalswara.com – Sanksi untuk cawapres nomor 2, Gibran Rakabuming menguap begitu saja di tangan Pj Gubernur DKI Jakarta, Heru Budi Hartono.
Sampai masa kampanye berakhir dan memasuki masa tenang hari ini, Minggu (11/2/2024), pengganti Anies Baswedan yang dipilih Presiden Jokowi itu tidak menjalankan rekomendasi Bawaslu.
Bawaslu Jakarta Pusat telah memutuskan Gibran bersalah dalam aksinya bagi-bagi susu di area CFD Bundaran HI, Jakarta Pusat, Minggu (3/12/2023) silam.
Sulung Presiden Jokowi itu disebut melanggar Peraturan Gubernur (Pergub) DKI Jakarta Nomor 12 Tahun 2016 tentang Hari Bebas Kendaraan Bermotor (HBKB).
Bawaslu pun mengeluarkan surat rekomendasi kepada Pemprov DKI pada Jumat (5/1/2024), untuk menjatuhkan sanksi kepada Gibran lantaran melanggar Pergub.
Heru Budi bahkan enggan menanggapi dan terang-terangan menghindar saat ditanya soal sanksi untuk Gibran itu.
Ketidakacuhan Heru Budi terekam saat meninjau program sembako murah di Kecamatan Mampang Prapatan, Jakarta Selatan, Rabu.
Pada momen ini, salah satu awak media melontarkan pertanyaan terkait sanksi kepada Gibran yang tak kunjung diberikan oleh Pemprov DKI.
“Pak, soal sanksi mas Gibran di CFD, Pak?” tanya awak media kepada Heru.
Mendengar pertanyaan itu, Pj Gubernur DKI Heru Budi langsung terdiam.
Alih-alih menjawab pertanyaan seperti sebelumnya, Heru justru memalingkan wajahnya dan melengos pergi meninggal para awak media.
Para awak media yang coba kembali mengkonfirmasi pertanyaan tersebut kepada Heru Budi pun langsung dihalang-halangi pengawalnya yang berbadan tegap.
Di sisi lain, Satpol PP DKI yang bertugas menegakkan peraturan daerah di Jakarta memandang lain kasus Gibran ini.
Kepala Satpol PP DKI Jakarta, Arifin meminta awak media bertanya langsung kepada Bawaslu soal sanksi untuk Gibran.
Arifin tak berkomentar banyak soal sanksi dugaan pelanggaran CFD digunakan untuk kegiatan kampanye.
“Tanya Bawaslu,” singkat Arifin kepada wartawan, Jumat lalu.
Arifin menegaskan, cara kerja Satpol PP dalam menyanksi pihak yang melanggar CFD adalah dengan cara penindakkan langsung di tempat.
Menurutnya, tidak bisa sanksi ditunda dari hari H CFD. “Ya kalau ada sesuatu yang dianggap melanggar dan tidak melanggar apapun bentuknya di CFD itu, pada hari itu (ditindak), jadi gak ada cerita sekarang kelewat baru kita bicarakan lagi,” ujar Arifin.(RI det)
