Atau, bisa jadi kekuatan dua pejabat (Kabag Pemerintahan dan Inspektur) di Pemda Kepulauan Sula ini sangat perkasa dan haram disentuh.
JScom, JAKARTA – Surat Edaran Bupati Kepulauan Sula Fifian Adeningsih Mus tentang Netralitas ASN di Pilkada Bupati kepulauan Sula dan Pilgub Malut 2024 tak lebih dari guyonan Tengah malam. Pemda hanya bisa fokus menertibkan ASN kelas bawahan, sementara Edaran Netralitas dinilai tak berlaku di kalangan pejabat.
Sebagaimana dirilis malutpos,com (https://www.malutpost.com/2024/08/09/sekda-minta-asn-di-kepulauan-sula-tidak-terlibat-politik-praktis/) Sekretariat Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula, Maluku Utara, Muhlis Soamole menegaskan kepada seluruh Aparatus Sipil Negara (ASN) agar tidak terlibat dalam politik praktis.
“Mudah-mudahan ini menjadi catatan bagi ASN di Kepulauan Sula untuk tidak terlibat dalam politik praktis. ASN harus tahu tugas pokok dan fungsinya sebagai sebagai pelayan masyarakat,” kata Muhlis, Jumat (9/8/2024).
Pernyataan Sekretaris Daerah ini tidak sesuai dengan fakta di lapangan. Sekda disinyalir melindungi dua oknum pejabatnya, masing-masing Kamarudin Mahdi dan Suwandi H Gani. Kedua Pejabat ini resmi ditetapkan oleh Bawaslu Kepulauan Sula melalui Rekomendasi kepada KASN sebagai Pelanggar Undang-Undang lainnya.
Ketua Transpemilu Muhammad Akbar justeru merasa lucu atas sikap pemerintah daerah yang tidak menghargai Edaran Netralitas-nya sendiri. Karena diketahui, dari sumber di internal Pemerintah daerah Kepulauan Sula, bahwa dua sosok pejabat ini adalah rekan dekat Bupati Fifian Adeningsih Mus. Meski begitu, Muhammad Akbar berharap agar Sekretaris Daerah dan pejabat Pembina kepegawaian di tingkatan masing-masing bisa melaksanakan surat edaran netralitas secara professional.
Muhammnad Akbar juga menasehati Sekda Muhlis Soamole untuk melaksanakan Edaran Bupati tentang Netralitas ASN tanpa melakukan pengecualian. “Sebagai pejabat pemerintah, Sekda harus adil dalam bersikap, apalagi menjelang Pilkada seperti ini. Semua masyarakat memiliki hak yang sama, jangan ada intimidasi hanya gara-gara beda pilihan politik. Sebagai Pejabat Pemerintahan harus malu jika berbuat tidak netral dalam pilkada ini,” tandas Akbar.
STRASI NETRALITAS ASNSelain keterlibatan dalam Video Rekaman Viral, aktifitas Kamarudin dan Suwandi ini pula menuai protes dari sejumlah oknum ASN Kepulauan Sula. “Kami selalu disiplin jam kantor, tapi kedua pejabat itu (Suwandi dan Kamarudin), sering keluar daerah dengan tujuan tak jelas dengan waktu yang lama. Tapi tidak mendapat teguran dari Bupati, Sekda atau Badan Kepegawaian,” ujar ASN ini.(red)
