Jscom, JAKARTA – Pemerintah memberikan dua opsi hunian kepada Warga Terdampak proyek Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN). Dua pilihan hunian relokasi, yakni rumah tapak dan rumah susun (rusun) atau apartemen. Plt Kepala Otorita IKN Basuki Hadimuljono menyampaikan hal itu, saat ditemui di Kantor Kementerian PUPR, Jakarta, Jumat (21/6/2024).
“Kita suruh mereka ambil mau rusun atau mau landed. Landed tipe 36, kalau rusun tipe 45,” kata Basuki.
Total ada 91 rumah warga yang masuk dalam 2.086 hektar lahan bermasalah IKN dan akan direlokasi menggunakan metode Penanganan Dampak Sosial Kemasyarakatan (PDSK) Plus. Sementara saat ini, proses pembebasan lahan proyek IKN tersebut masih menunggu sosialisasi dari Pemerintah Daerah Kalimantan Timur kepada warga.
“Jadi sudah PDSK Plus, sudah negosiasi, nanti tanggal 27 ini sosialisasi,” lanjut Basuki. Sehingga diharapkan, eksekusi relokasi rumah dan kebun warga di 2.086 hektar lahan IKN bisa dilakukan pada bulan depan. Adapun ribuan hektar lahan tersebut mencakup lahan untuk proyek Jalan Bebas Hambatan IKN Seksi 6A dan 6B, Pengendali Banjir Sepaku, hingga Masjid Negara IKN.
Namun demikian, karena sebagian lahan untuk Masjid Negara total luasnya kurang dari setengah hektar, maka metode pembebasan lahannya tidak menggunakan PDSK Plus. Di sisi lain, total anggaran untuk pembebasan lahan tersebut akan tercantum dalam Surat Keputusan (SK) Gubernur Kalimantan Timur.(BT,Js)
