Pembukaan formasi ASN itu diberikan lima persen untuk putra/putri Kalimantan.
Azwar Anas menyampaikan hal itu usai rapat terbatas dengan Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) di Istana Kepresidenan Jakarta, Senin, 1 Juli 2024 seperti dikutip dari Antara, Selasa (2/7/2024). “Terkait pengadaan CPNS khusus IKN di 2024, kami ingin menyampaikan bahwa sampai saat ini sudah ada formasi 130.341 di instansi pemerintah pusat, di dalamnya nanti akan ada 600 formasi untuk Otorita IKN, kemudian 40.021 formasi untuk kementerian/lembaga yang akan ada di IKN,” tutur Azwar.
Dia menuturkan, dalam 40.021 formasi CPNS untuk kementerian/lembaga di IKN, pemerintah memberikan afirmasi sebesar 5 persen khusus untuk putra/putri Kalimantan.
“Sehingga tadi diputuskan untuk tahap awal akan ada afirmasi 5 persen untuk putra/putri Kalimantan terbaik, menjadi bagian dari 40 ribu formasi ASN yang akan dibuka Juli-Agustus. Artinya ada 2.000 putra/putri Kalimantan terbaik yang diberi ruang afirmasi di formasi fresh graduate di IKN,” ujar Azwar.
Adapun selain mengalokasikan formasi CPNS khusus untuk di IKN, pemerintah juga menyiapkan skenario pemindahan ASN dari Jakarta ke IKN secara bertahap, serta akan melakukan mutasi PNS dari pemerintah daerah sekitar IKN. Azwar menuturkan, mutasi PNS dari pemda sekitar akan melalui seleksi terbuka secara kompetitif.
“Ini supaya mereka yang pindah atau mutasi dari pemda sekitar Kalimantan juga terdiri dari ASN yang berkualifikasi tinggi, talenta digital, multitasking, yang bisa memberi layanan secara digital dan sebagaimana standar Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik,” kata dia. (BT)
