JScom, JAKARTA – Oknum Caleg Partai Demokrat Daerah Permilihan 4 bernomor urut 5, atas nama SKS dilaporkan ke Bawaslu Jakarta Timur karena melakukan politik uang. Strategi pemenangan SKS, juga diduga melibatkan oknum komisioner Komisioner KPU Jakarta Timur. Kelompok pemerhati pemilu pun mendesak Partai Demokrat, KPU dan Bawaslu segera mendiskualifikasi SKS dan memproses hukum yang bersangkutan sesuai ketentuan perundangan yang berlaku.
Demikian pernyataan Muhammad Akbar, Ketua Transparansi Pemilu (Transpemilu) Jakarta Timur kepada Jurnalswara, Jumat (1/3/2024. Menurut Akbar, data dan bukti yang disampaikan pelapor sangat kuat. Laprannya sudah disampaikan kepada Bawaslu Jakarta Timur. Olehnya itu, Transpemilu meminta Bawaslu dan Gakumdu bertindak professional, memproses Terlapor SKS.
“Terlapor harus menjalani proses hukum, biar ada efek jera. Karena politik uang ini sangat tidak mendidik, bahkan menciderai demokrasi bangsa. Kami meminta pimpinan partai politik, Bawaslu dan dan KPU untuk diskualifikasi oknum-oknum caleg yang berpolitik uang,” ujar Akbar.
Berdasar penelusuran Transpemilu Jaktim, SKS diduga memanfaatkan tim pemenangnya untuk mempengaruhi masyarakat (pemilih) dengan memberikan sejumlah uang, agar memilih SKS di pemilu 2024. SKS bersama tim-nya membagi-bagikan amplop berisi uang, bahkan hingga di hari pencoblosan, 14 pebruari 2024.
Sebutlah N, pelapor, salah seorang penerima amplop dari Tim SKS, mengaku menerima amplop berisi uang satu lembar nominal Rp. 100.000. Selain Uang, di dalam amplop tersebut ada satu buah kartu nama Caleg Partai Demokrat Dapil 4, nomor urut 5 atas nama SKS.
Seorang perempuan, berinisial Sy, juga mengalami hal serupa. Sy menerima amplop berisi uang Rp. 100.000 bersama sebuah kartu nama yang sama. Ada pula jumlah uang dengan nominal berbeda dalam amplop, misalnya seorang perempuan berinisial W menerima hanya selembar uang pecahan Rp. 50.000 plus kartu nama.
Aksi sebar uang yang dilakukan SKS dan tim-nya ini, disaksikan oleh seorang tokoh masyarakat. Kepada Jurnalswara, Saksi ini menjelaskan bahwa pada hari pencoblosan 14 Pebruari 2024, dirinya melihan tim sukses SKS membagikan amplop ke sejumlah orang. Saksi ini sempat menegur dan melarang pembagian amplop dimaksud. “Dua orang tim SKS minta maaf kepada saya, sambil berharap saya tidak melaporkan kejadian tersebut,” ujar Saksi ini.
Melanjutkan proses hukum yang dilaporkan ke Bawaslu, pelapor N, mengaku meminta perlindungan hukum dirinya dan saksi. “Ini memang masalah hukum, tapi masuk ke politik, saya hanya berjaga-jaga saja,” ujar Akbar mengutip kalimat Pelapor, N.
Menurut Akbar, tindakan SKS bersama tim-nya ini adalah tindakan melanggar Undang-Undang, yaitu UU No.7 Tahun 2017 Tentang Pemilihan Umum. Larangan Politik Uang, sebagaimana tertuang pada Pasal 278 Ayat (2), 280 Ayat (1) Huruf J, 284, 286 Ayat (1), Pasal 515 dan 523. SKS harus didiskualifikasi dan menjalani proses hukum sampai selesai.
Informasi yang diperoleh, Bawaslu Jakarta Timur sudah mengamankan barang bukti untuk proses hukum selanjutnya. Namun hingga berita ini tayang, media ini belum memperoleh konfirmasi dari Bawaslu Jakarta Timur.
Terkait dugaan money politic ini, Muhammad Akbar menduga sebagai tindakan sistematis yyang melibatkan penyelenggara pemilu, KPU Jakarta Timur dan Bawaslu-nya. Media ini juga pernah memberitakan dugaan penekanan yang dilakukan Komisioner KPU Jakarta Timur kepada penyelenggara pemilu di bawahnya untuk “memenangkan” kontestan tertentu di Pemilu 2024. (BT-Jtm)
