HUKUM sejatinya harus ditegakkan, kapan, di mana p, dan kepada siapa pun. Penegakan hukum mesti tanpa pandang bulu sesuai asas Equality Before The Law. Hal itu sesuai prinsip-prinsip negara hukum, sesuai UUD 1945.
Namun, hukum di dalam kitab konstitusi berbeda fakta di republik ini. Realitas kehidupan hukum sekitar Pildaka 2024 menunjukkan wajah. Hukum belum menjadi panglima dalam mengatur tata kelola berbangsa dan bernegara. Sebaliknya, efek politik sudah menjadi panglima sehingga hukum tak ubahnya sekadar alat transaksi untuk tarik menarik, menyanedra kepentingan politik.
Tersandera dengan kepentingan politik pilkada, dan membiarkan oknum pelaku korupsi berkeliaran menjalankan misi politik untuk mencapai kelanggengan kekuasaan, maka Secara jelas sejatinya APH bersama oknum terduga kasus kuropsi, mengkhianati terhadap amanah rakyat, dan pengingkaran terhadap UUD 1945 yang telah diperjuangkan dengan susah payah dan berdarah-darah oleh anak bangsa di masa juang.
Mirisnya, diantara mereka yang menikmati kekuasaan saat ini dan ingin berkuasa, bukan pejuang tapi penikmat dan perusak negeri. Memainkan politik sandera-menyandara kepentingan dan kekuasaan. Tentu hal ini sangat mengkhawatirkan bagi keberlangsungan demokrasi.
Politik sandera menyandra berhasil merusak sukma demokrasi yang sejatinya. Memprihatinkan. Mereka yang sedang berkuasa berkat dipilih oleh rakyat, ternyata tega mengkhianati rakyat dengan mengejawantahkan politik sandera di negeri yang mengaku diri demokratis ini.
Satu di antara produk utama reformasi berdemokrasi adalah oposisi. Kelompok yang mengawasi dan mencegah jangan sampai penguasa mabuk kekuasaan sehingga menjadi diktator. Sayang, oposisi justeru menjadi sasaran politik sandera untuk dicari kelemahan, mulai dari korupsi sampai menyerang kehidupan paling pribadi, jika perlu dilengkapi bukti yang diadakan, bahkan diada-adakan dari tidak ada menjadi ada.
Politik Sandera memang berwajah ganda. Mulai dari yang samar-samar sampai yang jelas. Para politisi yang semula oposisi mendadak balik badan 180 derajat menjadi koalisi penguasa yang memang mahir mendayagunakan politik sandera sebagai senjata pamungkas melumpuhkan oposisi.
Mereka yang masih punya prinsip jika ingin selamat minimal terpaksa tiarap, membisu sambil menunggu nasib siapa tahu penguasa tidak lagi berkuasa.
Politisi-polistisi hebat di negeri ini, hilang akal gegara Politik Sandera yang sulit diberantas lewat jalur hukum. Politik harusnya lebih bersifat etika yang hanya bisa dikendalikan oleh nurani sesuai kearifan terkandung pada tata krama Budi pekerti bergotong royong, Ibarat simalakama, politik yang sehat dan yang justru lazim, diabaikan oleh para praktisi politik sandera yang sakti-mandraguna.
Politik saling sandera menyandara tekan menekan sudah semakin terang benderang dari nasional hingga daerah, momentum Pemilu 2024 saat ini ,Semua partai suda mulai kelihatan busuk. Kalau memang ada masalah di partai, sebaiknya dibongkar saja semua sehingga tidak saling sandera saat datang nya pesta demokrasi yang menjadi harapan besar bagi rakyat untuk menentukan pemimpin yang berkualitas. agar semua clear dan tak ada yang transaksional. Gejala politik saling sandera ini muncul karena borok partai dan oknum petinggi partai mulai terbongkar.
Wahai pemuda Mari kita selamatkan negeri ini dari politik saling sandera menyandara, yang merusak tatanan demokrasi yang sudah lama terbangun dengan susah payah. Negeri ini harus tegak kembali dengan kebenaran dan keadilan agar tidak yang saling jolim menjolimi jadi lah negeri yang damai Santosa maka semua akan terwujud bila negeri ini dipimpin oleh pemimpin yang total mengabdikan hidupnya untuk kejayaan dan mementingkan kesejahteraan rakyat.
