Kapolres Kepulauan Sula meminta para pihak agar mengormati proses penanganan yang sedang berjalan. Laporan ke polres soal hal yang sama pun sedang dalam penanganan polisi.
JScom, KEPULAUAN SULA – Kapolres Kepulauan Sula, Kodrat M Hartanto, SIK meminta para pihak yang merasa dirugikan dengan beredarnya video rekaman, terlebih kepada masyarakat agar menahan diri dan mengikuti proses penanganan pihak berwenang, iatu di Bawaslu dan Polres Kepulauan Sula.
“Kami menghimbau semua pihak menghormatinya proses hukum yg sudah berjalan dan waspada apabila terdapat informasi provokatif dari pihak-pihak yg tidak bertanggung jawab dan ingin memperkeruh situasi di kab kepulauan Sula,” kata Kapolres via pesan whatsapp kepada redaksi www.jurnalswara.com.
Pernyataan Kapolres Kodrat ini berkait dengan sikap Tim Bakal Pasangan Calon Independen Bupati kepulauan Sula Ihsan Umaternate – Darwis Gorontalo (ISDA) yang akan melakukan upaya sendiri menemukan terduga oknum pejabat yang terlibat dalam video rekaman, jika proses hukum tak berjalan.
Kapolres memastikan proses hukum tetap berjalan, “Kami tetap komitmen untuk menjaga situasi Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula tetap kondusif dan mengajak seluruh pihak untuk waspada terhadap provokasi dari pihak-pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab,” ujar Kapolres Sula.
Amatan www.jurnalswara.com, pihak Kepolisian Resort Kepulauan Sula telah menerbitkan Surat Pemberitahuan Perkembangan Penyelidikan Nomor : SP2HP/148/VIII/2024.Reskrim tertanggal 12 Agustus 2024. Polisi Penyelidik, tercatat mulai hari ini telah menghadirkan para pihak untuk dimintai keterangan. Menurut Kapolres Kodrat, seluruh pihak yang terkait dengan laporan dugaan itu akan diupayakan untuk dimintai keterangan.
Yusri Bermawi sebagai pelapor mengaku telah menerima Surat Pemberitahuan dimaksud, dan telah menghadiri panggilan pemberian keterangan di hadapan penyelidik. Yusri berharap laporan dugaan Penghasutan dan Pengancaman itu berproses secara baik dan lancar. “Kami menginginkan kepastian hukum atas laporan kami. Intinya, saat ini kami sangat dirugikan dalam aksi rapat oknum pejabat pemda yang termuat dalam rekaman yang telah beredar luas tersebut,” kata Yusri.
Oknum Kabag Pemerintahan Suwandi Gani dan Inspektur Kamarudin Mahdi harud mintai pertanggungjawaban hukum. Dua pejabat ini disuha telah menghasut dan menebar ancaman sebagaimana dikutip dalam video rekaman.(red)
