Efek domino pemberian TPP setidaknya berdampak pada penguatan ekonomi mikro dan daya beli masyarakat setempat. Bakal Calon Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kepulauan Sula Hendrata Thes – Muhammad Natsir Sangaji, kompak berpendapat bahwa instrumen TPP dapat memacu keekonomian public, juga stimulus peningkatan kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara.
JScom, JAKARTA – Pasca kantongi B1KWK Partai Demokrat dan Partai Amanat Nasional (PAN), Paslon HT-Manis ini fokus menyusun dan memboboti visi-misi kepemimpinannya untuk lima tahun ke depan. Selain persiapan penyempurnaan Dokumen Rancangan Teknokratik RPJMD tahun 2025-2029 yang merupakan naskah akademik ketika terpilih nanti, HT-Manis juga mempersiapkan skenario rancangan pemberian TPP kepada ASN.
“Selain perencanaan pembangunan secara umum, salah satu hal yang penting adalah menempatkan perimbangan kinerja ASN. Salah satunya adalah pemberian TPP kepada pegawai. Ini adalah keharusan, apalagi daerah diberi wewenang untuk mengatur, sepanjang pemberian itu simetris dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan,” jelas Bakal Calon Bupati hendrata Thes (HT) kepada www.jurnalswara.com via telepon.
HT mengatakan dirinya bersama HT-Manis saat ini fokus menyusun program sesuai kebutuhan daerah. “Kami memperoleh masukan dari banyak pihak, tokoh masyarakat, tokoh agama, tokoh adat, dan kebanyakan dari unsur pemuda. Nah ini yang perlu kita elaborasi dalam konsep perencanaan. Kita tidak perlu terjebak informasi dan bentuk euphoria, serta kampanye hitam pihak lain,” kata HT yang dikenal sebagai sosok pekerja ini.
Pemberian TPP untuk ASN ini semata-mata untuk memacu kinerja dalam mencapai target pembangunan yang direncanakan. Karena kinerja yang hebat tentu akan menghasilkan out-put yang hebat pula.
Bakal Calon Bupati Muhammad Natsir Sangadji pun segendang sepenarian. Menurut Ketua DPC Partai Gerindra Kepulauan Sula ini, rencana pemberian TPP bagi ASN ini adalah dalah satu program aspiratif yang perlu diapresiasi.
“TPP ini harus dilanjutkan, karena dalam kepemimpinan HT sebagai bupati lalu, juga telah dilaksanakan. Intinya daerah harus memaksimalkan kinerja ASN, salah satunya melalui pemberian tambahan penghasilan sesuai ketentuan perundangan. Efek domino-nya cukup signifikan dalam menopang perekonomian daerah,” ujar Natsir.
Even, demikian Muhammad Natsir disapa, mengaku HT-Manis saat ini aktif membangun kolaborasi dengan semua pihak, baik perguruan tinggi, kalangan professional, hingga masyarakat dan pemuda untuk memboboti program daerah di lima tahun ke depan.
Satu hal yang terpenting, kata Even, penyerapan informasi dan keluhan masyarakat harus disikapi secara baik melalui solusi-solusi cerdas, misalnya masalah pelayanan lampu (PLN) yang belum stabil, masalah air bersih yang perlu diselesaikan, demikian pula di bidang kesehatan, rumah sakit hingga pendidikan.(red)
